Amazons are brave, horrifying and mysterious warriors of the ancient world. They seems to be a symbol of women’s self-affirmation.
The daughters of the God of War – Ares and Harmony, sisters of the God of Victory Nike amazons lived in a permanent and hopeless fight with themselves, environment and even with their own horses. The victory in this eternal war was not always on the Amazon’s side. Explosive, impulsive, contradictive character of my “Amazon” is emphasized by her sharp turn on the risen horse. My Amazon might be defeated but not tamed or solved. Having subdued many beings she will be subdued by nobody.
